Home Visits

House calls are very costly in terms of doctors time; we would prefer to be seeing patients in the surgery than sitting in traffic jams. We do expect to visit the elderly house bound and seriously ill when necessary. It is safe to bring children with pyrexial illness to the surgery and if they are unwell they will be fitted in without delay so you have minimal waiting time. Please don't ask for visits for routine flu' like illness. If in doubt you can speak to a doctor on the phone.
