We apologise for the current telephony problems being experienced by patients calling in to the surgery on a Monday morning. We are aware of the issue, and regret that it is beyond our control. Our reception team are doing their best to answer calls in these circumstances – we request that patients end the call if they are unable to hear surgery staff, and try again after ten minutes.
This is a temporary issue and is normally resolved after an hour. Once again we apologise for the disruption to the service.
