Requesting help from a GP
Requests for medical help from a GP are usually made via our online triage system. All requests received are reviewed by the nominated triage GP, and a suitable outcome issued. If you have an accessibility requirement, or other circumstance that means that you are unable to use our online service, you can telephone the surgery and a member of the reception team will fill out the online form on your behalf. All requests for GP help are treated in the same way.
